On your first visit you will receive a full chiropractic examination. We will review your current health goals, your health history and do an evaluation to determine if and how we can help you.  If we cannot help you, we will do our best to help you find someone that can.

Your time is valuable.  When delivering adjustments in our office we will always do it in a timely manner, typically 5-15 minutes to complete.  We don't like to wait and we assume you don't either.

Since only 7-10% of your nerves actually carry pain signals, your care will be based on more than just how you are feeling.  Our progress evaluations will make sure your range of motion is improving, spasms are decreasing and your overall function and health is improving. This ensures your initial complaint will not return in the future.

Many wonder how long they will need to continue seeing a chiropractor. We tell our patients that you get adjusted for as long as you want to be healthy. The decision is yours. You will get our best recommendations and you decide what is best for your health.

We want to give our patients opportunities to further educate themselves about their health. To do so, we hold monthly workshops in our office on areas such as stress, creating peace in your life, ergonomics, weight loss, nutrition, exercise, and detoxification.
